As Chairman of Prolifics, Satya spearheads our global strategic vision and oversees its execution. He’s an established innovator and entrepreneurial leader in the software development industry. It’s Satya’s vision and experience, along with his passion for technology, that helped build Prolifics into the successful company it is today.

Global Head of Business Development and Marketing
Kirsten currently leads Prolifics’ Marketing, Insides Sales and Software Sales teams. With more than 20 years of experience across technical roles, project management, sales and marketing, Kirsten works cross-functionally to drive strategy and results; and she’s been recognized five of the past seven years on the CRN Women of the Channel list.
Anant Gupta
Head of Client Success, North America
Anant is responsible for leading a team of experienced technology leaders, dedicated to specific clients. His team serves as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for these clients. Prior to taking on this role, Anant lead a global team responsible for advising and developing solutions for clients who are embarking on their digital transformation and cloud journey.
Greg Hodgkinson
Chief Technology Officer and Worldwide Head of Engineering
Greg is responsible for innovative cross-practice solutions for our customers, effectively growing and leveraging our digital IP, creating a foundation for innovation in the company, and driving improvements in the art of software development and delivery throughout Prolifics. He joined Prolifics through the acquisition of 7irene, a visionary SOA platform company in the UK, which he cofounded.
Ajay Malgaonkar
Offshore Head of Engineering
Ajay leads a team of 800+ engineers to deliver digital and cloud computing solutions to Prolifics’ global customers. He has more than 25 years experience in engineering across multiple industries and geographies. Ajay’s passion is helping clients achieve their business objectives with innovative solutions using cloud, cognitive and automation. He is a certified TOGAF architect and holds a Six-Sigma Green Belt.
Dr. Sarat Addanki, AyD
Head of Client Success, Named Accounts
Sarat heads a dedicated team of experienced technology leaders who serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor to specific clients. Previously, Sarat led Prolifics’ Quality Assurance Practice. He has a 20-year background in the implementation of Quality Programs and establishing Testing Centers of Excellence for large and complex IT landscapes.
Frank Mulligan
Prolifics UK General Manager
Frank leads Prolifics UK and Prolifics Testing, responding to clients’ needs for application modernization, digital transformation, testing and quality assurance initiatives throughout the UK. Prior to joining Prolifics, Frank had a successful 26-year career with IBM, where he held high level roles in software services and sales.

Global Head of Human Resources
Partha leads Prolifics’ global human resources. He has more than 18 years of experience in leading HR initiatives in the information technology and manufacturing industries with an emphasis on linking human capital to strategic business results. Partha is a frequent presenter at many HR conclaves.
Biju S. Nair
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Biju leads efforts related to M&A transactions, equity/debt funding, investor relations, tax structuring and other diverse corporate finance functions. He has more than 22 years of experience in corporate finance leadership positions, primarily in IT/software and supply chain, logistics industries.
